OOTD: Braving the Cold

Hello everybody!

Winter is coming! (Yes, that was a Game of Thrones reference)

The weather is just getting colder and colder.... This outfit isn't appropriate for the winter weather, but I still like it.

It was so cold the day Riv and I took this picture and it was also raining slightly during this picture. I took my cardigan off for a split second to take this picture and threw it on immediately afterwards. Good thing this came out alright because I was not going to take another picture, haha.

There you go! For my makeup, I used Jordana Easy Liner for eyes Retractable Pencil in black, Maybelline the Falsies Volum' Express in Black Drama, and Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick in 230 Coral Garden.

I still have one more picture from the photoshoot but I might not use it, so we'll be back to the mirror pictures.

One more thing:

ONE DIRECTION'S NEW ALBUM COMES OUT TOMORROW!!!! WHO'S EXCITED?? I AM!!! Eek!! I'm so proud of them and the album sounds amazing so far!!! Don't turn away from the album simply because it's by One Direction. It's actually amazing and their sound is more mature now. No more bubblegum pop songs like their first album (which, by the way, was still amazing). The next few Song on Repeats will most likely be from their new album. So go buy it or something!

Sweet Sixteen

Hello everybody!

Sorry for the late post, but this week has been hectic. It might be partially my fault... I probably shouldn't have procrastinated that much. Oops. But I'm here!

The main reason why I didn't post was because I was at my friend's Sweet 16 on Saturday. We went to dinner at Pier 115 Bar & Grill. The view was breathtaking, but it was so cold and windy. I would've taken a lot of pictures except I was too cold to move. I was definitely not going to take off my jacket to take a picture. Sorry, but I would rather be warm than show off my dress. 

As for the food at Pier 115, it was mediocre, really nothing to talk about.

Little Red Dress

Hello everybody!

I have been loving this summer weather, have you? I'm finally done with my SAT classes and physics classes: good bye air conditioned classrooms, hello warm outdoors!

After my classes ended, I went on a shopping trip and one of the things I bought was this dress.

I think it's the perfect summer dress with its spaghetti straps and light, thin material. I bought this dress at H&M for $17.95. This is the kind of dress you can dress up or dress down.

I think this has a very summery and fun look. 

If I was to go out in this dress at night (to a party or a club) I would pair it with heels:
